  • How long until I receive my order?
    All orders are processed within 5-10 business days, once you've placed your order.
  • How long does delivery take once my order has been made?
    Depending on your location delivery takes between 2-5 business days. You can find more information on area based estimated delivery times on our Shipping Policy page.
  • I want to split my delivery cost with another customer. How do I do this?
    We are very conscious of shipping fees and have tried our best to get the best rates for you! If you would like to split shipping costs with another customer, or a friend, in the same area, reach out to us at and we'll see how we can help!
  • Can I ship to a P.O. box?
    Regrettably we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • How do I track my delivery?
    Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information and a link to our couriers to track your parcel.
  • I received my order, and the parcel is damaged. What do I do?
    Bronté intimates is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carriers or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship across South Africa, straight to your door! If you require shipment internationally, pop us a message at and we'll hook you up!
  • My parcel says delivered, but I haven't received it. What now?
    If you have not received your order, but it says delivered, please reach out to the shipping carriers or reach out to us at and we'll assist you in locating your parcel.
  • Can I return my order if it is the wrong size?
    For hygiene purposes we do not accept returns or refunds. You can take a look at our size guide or reach out to us directly at for more guidance on how to measure yourself. If in the very unlikely case you received a different size to what you ordered, kindly contact us directly within 14 days of receiving your product(s), for the return to be accepted. The item(s) must be returned in it's original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
  • I received the wrong order. What now?
    If in the very unlikely case you received the wrong order, please contact us directly at within 14 days of receiving your product(s), and we will gladly register a return and reimburse you with a gift card, to the value of your purchase. Returns must be returned in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
  • Where is my intimate wear made?
    Your garments are hand made locally in the heart of Cape Town by a team of talented seamstresses, who love to hear how happy your order made you!
  • How do I look after my intimate wear?
    Its always best to hand wash your beauties in warm water with a mild detergent. If you have to machine wash, it's best to place your intimate wear in a sock bag and wash on a gentle cold cycle.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments worldwide through Payfast from all Credit, Debit & Cheque cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Masterpass and Snapscan.
  • Can I mark my order as a gift?
    Yes! Before you add your order to your cart, add a personal message to your product, and we will add a handwritten note with your message in your parcel and package it as a gift.
  • Can I place an order for myself as well as a gift for a friend at the same time?
    Yes! Any products marked with a personal message will be packaged separately, with your personal handwritten note. However, we only accept one delivery address per order.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    Of course we do! Who doesn't love a bit of retail therapy, paid for by our loved ones ;) To purchase a gift card, navigate to the gift card page, select an amount, enter the recipient's details, set when you want the gift card delivered by email, and pay. After completing checkout, you will receive an email confirmation about the purchase.
  • Is the packaging discreet?
    Sometimes you're not home to receive your order, and would prefer to have it delivered to your workplace. No problem! Your parcel will arrive in a shipping sleeve and will be completely discreet from your colleagues ;)
