SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 -10 business days, once you have placed your order and received a confirmation email. Deliveries only take place on weekdays, and do not include public holidays. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Split

We are very conscious of shipping fees and thus have tried our best to find the least expensive options for you! If you would like to split costs with a friend, or even with another customer shipping to your same area, please email us at bronte@bronteintimates.com and we'll see how we can help!

Shipment to P.O. boxes 

Regrettably, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information and a link to our couriers to track your parcel. 

Damages

Bronté intimates is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

For hygiene purposes we do not accept returns or refunds. Please ensure you have chosen a bra, bralette and/or panties you are in love with, and that your size is correct. If you are unsure about your size, please see our sizing guide below for directions on how to measure yourself. 

Returns will only be accepted if, in the very unlikely case, you received the wrong item or the item has a defect. Kindly ensure you contact us at bronte@bronteintimates.com within 14 days of receiving your product(s), for the return to be accepted. The item must be returned in it's original packaging, unworn and unwashed. 

Returns are to be delivered to our studio in Somerset West. We are not responsible for collecting returns from post offices or the likes. Kindly also ensure you use a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost items. 

Returns will be reimbursed with a gift card to the same value as the purchased returned item. Which will be made available to you once we confirm receipt of the product(s).
