For hygiene purposes we do not accept returns or refunds. Please ensure you have chosen the bra’s, bralettes and panties you love, and that your size is correct. If you are unsure about your size, please see our sizing guide for directions on how to measure yourself.
Returns will only be accepted if, in the very unlikely case, you received the wrong item or the item has a defect. Kindly ensure you contact us at bronte@bronteintimates.com within 14 days of receiving your product(s), for the return to be accepted. The item must be returned in it's original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
Returns are to be delivered to our studio in Somerset West. We are not responsible for collecting returns from post offices or the likes. Kindly also ensure you use a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost items.
Returns will be reimbursed with a gift card to the same value as the purchase price of the returned item. Which will be made available to you once we confirm receipt of the product(s).
